At our farewell party for faculty and staff who are leaving at the end of the year we were treated to cakes made my freshman Miranda Flores! A three layer chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, three layer strawberry cake with fresh strawberries in the frosting, and a white cake with fondant in the shape of an open book were created to celebrate our honorees. We know where we will be ordering all future cakes! The pictures do not do these tasty creations justice! Thank you Miranda for your beautiful and delicious cakes!
